It's 25th year of SACRIFICE and VALOUR.
As we commemorate KARGIL VIJAY DIWAS the victory of #OperationVijay.

my Chest swells with immense pride and mourn at the same time where we've also lost our 527 (an official number) soldiers and 1300 odd were severely injured. These soldiers were fighting for our beloved country to ensure our carefree lives; Most of them were young officers, JCO's and OR's who couldn't make a comeback; Their heavenly abode bodies were wrapped in TRI COLOUR as one of the war hero PVC Capt. Vikram Batra has promised.
"या तो उन बर्फीली चोटियों पर दोबारा तिरंगा लहराकर आऊंगा या उसी तिरंगे में लिपटा चला आऊंगा; मगर आऊंगा ज़रूर..!!!
And he kept his both the promises as a soldier always does...
This is one of the statements made by our war heroes and there are such countless statements; which are enough to boost our MORALE and PATRIOTISM; Isn't it..???
Just visualise those scenarios and moments when the enemies weren't visible and even a dropping stone would kill you brutally and here they were showering ammunition continuously from top bunkers which were piercing deep in every body parts of our soldiers; Just Imagine..!!!
They were on a desired position i must say and we were as easy targets.
"मगर वो जंग ही क्या जिसमें जान का ख़तरा ना हो और अब हमें छेड़ ही दिया है तो छोड़ेंगे नहीं.
This is the attitude our soldiers carry while encountering with enemies. They were & are the real dare devils who fought and conquered all the assigned points belonged to us which were occupied with deception. (Let's not get into details/debate here).
After rigorous battle and bloodshed for approximate 03 months; We were able to recapture our territories and could see the tricolour furling all over the points as one of the war hero PVC Capt. Manoj Pandey pledged.

Victory Is Not At All Free; It May Take Your Best Fighter; Always...
The #MARTYRS left behind their loved ones in PRIDE & PAIN for LIFETIME...
And NO compensation will ever cover their priceless loss.
